Property Description

The Haus Linn Apartment is available to rent as a Self-Catering unit.

Your Host, Margaret was born in Queensland and has been living in Germany over 28 years.

English is not a problem. Australian and German hospitality is garantied. Weekly Guests can enjoy home-made jam which is a gift for your breakfast. Guest may dine in the dining room or on the terrace of their apartment.

Day tour tips you will hear from Eckhard, the Hachenburger of the family.

Apartment has a modern kitchen including an oven, microwave and dishwasher adjoining the dining room.The lounge is spacious with an allround view allowed from the many windows. The lounge leads out on to the terrace equipped with sunshade for the extra hot days. Sat-TV and free W-Lan

We now have a twin room available with share bathroom. This room is separate from the Apartment on the second floor. Sat-TV and free W-Lan

Last summer we created a very inviting BBQ area, shaded with grape vines and also provided with a very comfortable seating area.

Breakfast

Guest who stay for a week or more will receive a gift of home made jam.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.           

Restrictions:

Smoking is only allowed on the terrace or in garden.
