Cancellation Policy:

A $50.00 deposit per night is charged to your credit card upon booking room.

If you need to cancel or shorten your stay, a $20 processing fee shall be held from your deposit.

If you cancel prior to seventy-two 72 hours, your deposit is non-refundable, and a credit shall be applied to your account to be used towards another stay no longer than 3 months away. (Note: Rebooking must be made at time of cancellation) 

If you cancel less than seventy-two (72) hours before check-in your deposit will be non-refundable.

Restrictions:

No Pets allowed on premise.

No Smoking allowed in rooms. 

A charge of $250 will be billed to your credit card if cleaning is needed. 

Room key must be returned upon check out. Failure to return key will result in a charge to your credit card on file.
