Wiggit Hall Guesthouse

Built in 1891 as a doctor's home and office, Wiggit Hall later became the Notre Dame Convent and schoolroom. Newly restored we welcome guests to relax in one of our unique rooms, each feature ensuite bathroom and air-conditioning.

Wiggit Hall is just a short walk to the Elora gorge, many wonderful shops, restaurants, trails and event locations. Please visit our own website for more photos.

Guesthouse

Each of our private rooms offer individually controlled air conditioning and ensuite bathroom.
Thick towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience as well, each room has an alarm clock radio, extra pillow and blanket. Guests are welcome to come and go as they wish (once you check in, no need to ring the doorbell).

Our front porch is a comfortable place in which to play board games, chat or read. A reading nook upstairs on the landing and a small balcony are also very comfortable. Just ask for a wine bucket and glasses should you wish to make use of these guests only sitting areas.

Please note: The rooms are located on the second floor of the house so please be aware that you will have stairs to climb.
Wiggit Hall is for sale but rest assured that your comfort is my first priority.

Rates: $90 - $140* per night (each room varies)

*Sorry, a minimum two night stay is required during long weekends or a surcharge of $30 per room.
Off season weekday and long term stay rates available.

We also have a gathering room available for rent and a list of local caterers available. The kitchen plus two large main floor dining areas are available for bookings.

Petit Déjeuner
A small breakfast buffet is offered fresh every morning for you to help yourself.
Included: yogurt, fresh fruit, granola and bran bars, and our home blend of freshly ground and brewed coffee from the espresso machine, a selection of teas, hot chocolate, milk and juice.
