Upstairs level offers private bedroom with queen size pillow top bed and TV and private bathroom with antique clawfoot bathtub.

Downstairs level offers private sitting area with 2pc bathroom, TV, video library, microwave, mini-fridge and a futon to accommodate 2 extra guests.  Children are welcome.

Separate guest entrance.  Free wireless internet & free outgoing long distance calls within North America.  Ideal for long term stays and can easily accommodate a family of 4.  Special weekly or monthly rates offered.

A contintenal breakfast is served in our spacious diningroom and by the fireplace for those chilly winter mornings.  We are a 10 minute walk to downtown Belleville shops, restaurants and theatres.  Close to Waterfront Trails and Prince Edward County and its many wineries.

Restrictions:

Effective 1 July 2010, the Province of Ontario will implement a Harmonized Tax of 13%  which will absorb the current GST tax of 5% .  Our rate stays the same at $95.00 per night, however, we will have to charge the HST.  

We would advise for those making reservations online for 1 July or later,  to keep in mind this new tax as the booking system will not reflect this new tax until 1 Jul 2010.
