Property Description
Newboro House sits in the heart of the Rideau Lakes district, between Upper Rideau Lake and Newboro Lake. Three guest rooms are available in the original 1880s brick home. All feature modern, comfortable furniture and luxurious Kingsdown beds. Two have ensuite bathrooms. A full breakfast, with gourmet specialties, is served each morning in the sunlit dining room. During your stay, read a book from the library, watch satellite television or play a board game, and stroll the grounds and gardens. Pickup and delivery to local cross-country and hiking trails, and to the marina at Newboro Lock can be arranged.

Breakfast
Breakfast at Newboro House starts with a glass of juice and a delectable dish of fresh or fresh-cooked fruit. Yoghurt and our signature granola are always available on the side. Light and tasty muffins, scones, cinnamon buns, or biscuits then arrive warm from the oven for savouring with your morning coffee or tea. Before too long, the main dish follows — perhaps a tasty frittata, a silky quiche, or our special Cointreau-flavoured baked French toast.
