Cancellation Policy:

We are a small family run business and cancellations affect us dramatically, therefore, if you need to cancel we need minimum 2 week notice for a full refund. A $75 tariff will be charged for all last minute cancellations. If however we are able to fill your space in the time remaining we will afford you a full refund.

Restrictions:
Black Walnut Manor is a non-smoking enviornment. Rates based on double occupency. An additional charge of $25- for an additional child or adult in the room.
