Since 1988, Melanie and Andy McLennan have been providing outstanding hospitality and graciously appointed accommodation for travelers from the world over. Conveniently situated across from Exhibition Park in a heritage neighbourhood, guests are just a five minute walk from Guelph’s historic core of outstanding restaurants, shopping, theatres and sports venues. The well-appointed rooms at London House offer the weary traveler a warm and friendly atmosphere. Tastefully decorated, each suite is distinct in its ambiance; romantic, yet informal. Breakfast is generous, succulent and varied with attention given to guests’ preferences and considerations. Fresh, quality ingredients are the foundation for the hand made breads, wholesome home cooked specialties, fresh baking and the House preserves. Each and every day our guests enjoy a full breakfast selecting from a selection of handmade breads, wholesome baked goods,our own preserves, farm fresh eggs, homemade muesli, and fresh fruit in addition to our frequently requested house specialties.

Fireplace:
The Fireside suite has a vintage working fireplace with beautiful cast iron fireback. Firelogs are provided.

Common Room:
Guests may make use of the dining room and parlour where a self-serve counter with complimentary beverages is provided. A fully equipped guest kitchen is located on the third floor.

Guest Internet Access:
Ultra high speed wireless capability, as well as a computer with ultra high speed access in our guest parlour. Dial up is available.

TV:
Colour televisions with full cable service, VCR and DVD players are available.

Air Conditioned:
All rooms have A/C units as well as ceiling fans. The common areas have A/C.

Cancellation Policy:
For stays of less than one week, a one nights' room charge applies if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival or, if the room cannot be rebooked by us. For stays of one week or longer, we requie one weeks notice to cancel, or room charges for seven days apply. The cancellation fee may be applied as a credit to a future reservation.

Restrictions:
We are open year round. Our check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., or otherwise by arrangement. Check-out is generally at 11:00 a.m., but other arrangements may be made if we can accommodate them.
